Visual Stock is provided to invited companies for evaluation. Each beta workspace is limited to 3,000 active SKUs and the programme is limited to 10 customer companies.
Verify important records
Customers must verify product matches, stock quantities, prices, tax rates, invoices, reports and imported data before relying on them.
Tax feature limitation
Tax and invoicing tools are optional beta aids. Tea Tech does not provide tax or legal advice and does not file returns. The customer remains responsible for legal invoice requirements, tax calculations, returns and filing.
Data responsibility
Customer data is isolated by workspace and is not sold or used to train another customer’s catalogue. Customers should use test or recoverable data during the beta and keep independent business records.
Feedback and changes
Beta features may change as issues are found. Users should report incorrect matches, slow workflows and unexpected results so they can be investigated.
